Care

1. Washing

Machine wash cold (30°C) or hand wash on gentle cycle
Use mild, pH-neutral detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
Wash inside-out for coloured or printed pieces

2. Drying

Line dry in shade to prevent sun fading
Do not tumble dry on high heat (use low heat if necessary)
Avoid wringing; gently squeeze out excess water

3. Ironing / Finishing

Iron on reverse side while slightly damp, or use a steamer
Medium heat only; high heat may cause sheen or damage fibres

4. Special Cases

Embroidered / hand-worked garments: Dry Clean Only
Printed / colour-blocked styles: Extra care with cold wash and inside-out wash

5. Storage

Store in breathable fabric covers (not plastic)
Keep away from direct sunlight to maintain colour vibrancy

At TAA, every garment is made-to-order in pure linen, helping us minimize wastage and stay true to our sustainable values.
Domestic orders are shipped within 7–12 business days after confirmation.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us immediately so we can assist.
Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement, as production begins right after confirmation.

Refund policy

As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production begins.
Returns are only accepted if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
To request a return for a damaged/defective item, email taadesign8@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges are possible only for size adjustments or an alternate piece (subject to timelines).
No returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
EU customers: eligible for a 14-day return right under EU law.
