  • We do not pre-wash our garments — no harmful chemical washes are ever used, ensuring the fabric retains its natural strength and authenticity
  • Eco-friendly dyes and artisanal finishes (colours, prints, embroidery where specified)

Care

1. Washing

  • Machine wash cold (30°C) or hand wash on gentle cycle
  • Use mild, pH-neutral detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Wash inside-out for coloured or printed pieces

2. Drying

  • Line dry in shade to prevent sun fading
  • Do not tumble dry on high heat (use low heat if necessary)
  • Avoid wringing; gently squeeze out excess water

3. Ironing / Finishing

  • Iron on reverse side while slightly damp, or use a steamer
  • Medium heat only; high heat may cause sheen or damage fibres

4. Special Cases

  • Embroidered / hand-worked garments: Dry Clean Only
  • Printed / colour-blocked styles: Extra care with cold wash and inside-out wash

5. Storage

  • Store in breathable fabric covers (not plastic)
  • Keep away from direct sunlight to maintain colour vibrancy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • At TAA, every garment is made-to-order in pure linen, helping us minimize wastage and stay true to our sustainable values.
  • Domestic orders are shipped within 7–12 business days after confirmation.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us immediately so we can assist.
  • Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement, as production begins right after confirmation.

Refund policy

  • As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production begins.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
  • To request a return for a damaged/defective item, email taadesign8@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are possible only for size adjustments or an alternate piece (subject to timelines).
  • No returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
  • EU customers: eligible for a 14-day return right under EU law.
  • Refunds are offered as a credit note only, redeemable on your next TAA purchase — supporting our slow fashion, eco-conscious approach.
